Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a temporary conference production support teammate for the NCLS, onsite at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). The assignment runs approximately four months, mid-November 2026 to mid-March 2027, with potential for pick-up based on contract award.

The role requires meticulous organization, prior large-event experience, and comfort working in a military environment. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $72,800 annually, with standard benefits offered where

Qualifications

• Two years of experience supporting planning and execution of large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government to ensure all elements of the NCLS program are properly developed, reviewed, organized, and executed.
• Interface with contract production personnel to ensure development, setup, execution, and teardown.
• Support Government speaker interfaces to ensure media and logistical preparations are in place for presentations.
• Interface with media providers to ensure content is reviewed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with cadet session leaders to ensure messages are appropriate and practiced.
