Job summary

Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) seeks an experienced Programmer Lead to support USAFA in Colorado Springs, Colorado. You will lead installation planning, programming, and asset management for a multidisciplinary A&E team under an eight-year contract.

The role requires 10+ years in the A/E/C industry, senior project management, and strong coordination with Air Force stakeholders. On-site work at USAFA is expected, with extensive DD1391 development, MILCON/FSRM programming, and BCAMP participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years in A/E/C industry with senior project management experience.
• Ability to define project requirements and prepare documentation.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders daily.
• On-site work at USAFA in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation planning and coordinate project authorizations.
• Develop facility project requirements and scopes for S/R/M and MILCON.
• Provide programming expertise for BCAMP and asset management.
• Develop and document DD Form 1391 packages and related reports.
• Support funding timelines and project authorization processes.
• Collaborate with USAFA engineers, planners, and mission partners.
