Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Conferences Planner to oversee exhibit operations, service delivery, and sponsorship fulfillment for North American destination conferences.

You will lead exhibitor elements, floor plans, budgets, and staffing to ensure high-value experiences for attendees and sponsors. The role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on process improvements and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English & Portuguese required.
• 1-3+ years in Event Management or related fields.
• Experience with managing exhibits, sponsorships, and conference delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of all exhibitor elements across multiple B2B conferences, including floor plan management, budgeting, and staff planning.
• Develop and maintain exhibit floor plans to maximize revenue and engagement.
• Attend conferences as onsite lead for exhibit delivery, coordinating production schedules, agencies, vendors and staff.
• Manage budgets and forecasts; monitor costs and ensure accurate expense reconciliation.
• Maintain an online portal with all exhibitor logistics and information to enhance client experience.
• Build relationships with conference partners and teams to ensure successful execution and strong exhibitor retention.
