Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Conference Planner to support the Logistics & Production team for Gartner’s global conference portfolio, both virtual and in-person. You will develop, manage and execute conference elements related to logistics and production.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating venues, F&B, housing, budgets, and VIP member experiences, with travel up to 20% for Gartner Conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, logistics, and production
• Experience working with agencies and vendors
• End-to-end event delivery to senior-level clients

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute event logistics from development to wrap-up
• Manage venue, facilities, F&B and housing coordination
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless events
• Assist with conference budgets and monthly forecasts
• Oversee VIP experiences and exclusive member programs
