Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a strategic leader to manage the global GCC event calendar and attendee projections. You will oversee end-to-end scheduling, venue decisions, and budgeting, collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

The role requires 10+ years in project management, strong data analytics, and executive-facing communication. Travel up to six times per year domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially to senior leaders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

• Experience managing complex programs with multiple variables and dependencies

Responsibilities

• Identify and confirm dates for Gartner C-Level Communities events across global calendars
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar aligned to P&L goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize venue options, scheduling, and costs
• Lead calendar change management, approvals, and leadership updates
• Build tools and reports for scalable attendee and sponsorship capacity analysis
• Prepare agendas and presentations for governance and initiative meetings
