Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Rental Coordinator in Celebration, FL. The role oversees the Association's facility and amenity rental program, provides concierge-level assistance, coordinates reservations, and ensures events run smoothly from inquiry to completion.

Responsibilities include maximizing rental revenue, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring compliance with policies. Onsite staffing emphasizes service excellence in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in hospitality, events, or property management is valued.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations for Association facilities and amenities.
• Respond to rental inquiries and conduct tours for prospective renters.
• Prepare rental proposals, agreements, invoices, and deposits; collect payments and docs.
• Maintain accurate reservation calendar and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate event setups with operations and vendors; perform inspections.
