Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide onsite, full-time support at our conference center in Bethesda, MD. The role offers high client visibility and opportunities for advancement.

You will respond to inquiries, book meetings, set up conference rooms, and assist attendees while maintaining accurate records. A High School Diploma and at least one year in customer service, plus proficiency in Word and Excel, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience at a customer service center.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all telephone, walk-in, and electronic inquiries for assistance.
• Tracks and monitors service requests to ensure each is accurate, completed and closed in a timely manner.
• Creates meeting reservations and configures conference rooms per requests.
• Supports conference center attendees, including supplies, equipment, and setup/breakdown.
• Ensures conference rooms are clean and free of classified materials at day end.
• Performs other administrative duties as needed.
