Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service IT Technician to provide on-site support for printer systems and hardware. You will manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction while delivering technical assistance at client sites.

The role involves installing, repairing, and upgrading equipment, performing diagnostics, and maintaining professional communication with customers to ensure timely service updates and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• A+ certification is preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong customer service skills and professional presence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance and support to customers for printer systems and hardware.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware at customer sites.
• Run diagnostic programs to identify problems and perform repairs within SLA.
• Communicate service updates clearly and professionally to customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Install new equipment and upgrades at customer sites as required.
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
