Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Community Manager to curate the daily workplace experience at our Los Angeles site. You will be the onsite ambassador, blending hospitality with operations to create a welcoming, productive, community-focused space and to ensure seamless service delivery with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, community management, employee experience, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communications with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership to resolve issues.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and hospitality anchor, greeting employees, guests, and vendors while resolving day-to-day workplace needs.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure readiness of meeting rooms and common spaces.
• Coordinate onsite community programs and events from setup to post-event reset.
• Submit and track service requests through ticketing systems with Facilities and AV/IT teams.
• Draft and distribute clear workplace communications regarding events, updates, and interruptions.
• Manage site budgets for supplies, amenities, and small-scale programming; maintain inventories.
