You will provide on-site tax preparation and advice, work closely with a team of specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end tax services and year-round support.
