Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all business operations at one apartment community. The role demands strong resident relations, leadership, and the ability to train staff, communicate effectively, and uphold professional standards while pursuing occupancy and revenue goals.

You will manage budgeting, month-end reporting, and collaborate with maintenance and HR to support a high-performance team, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-work skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducting interviews, onboarding and training, timesheet approvals and annual evaluations.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Provide ongoing office staff training on leasing paperwork, safety and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training and team-building to boost morale.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end/year-end financial reporting and variance analysis within +/-10%.
