Job summary

Quest Management Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Community Manager to lead our Maryland portfolio onsite in District Heights. You will drive revenue, oversee budgets, and mentor on-site teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will partner with Community Managers and the VP of Property Management to maintain high performance, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of excellence across communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Demonstrated success in improving property performance and team leadership.
• Strong financial experience with budgets and team performance.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and occupancy across properties.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy standards, and market trends.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams; recruit and train staff.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and fair housing compliance.
• Oversee administrative and financial records; manage vendor bids.
