Job summary

Associa is seeking an Onsite Community Manager in Houston to supervise administrative staff and support the General Manager across Food & Beverage, Facilities Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping, and Lifestyle departments. The role acts as the primary liaison to residents and works with vendors, board members, and CSSC.

You will implement board policies, assist with budgets, hire and develop staff, prepare schedules, and oversee daily operations within the approved operating budget.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising administrative support staff.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments within a community association.
• Strong liaison skills with residents, board members and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and administration of the Association per policy.
• Act as liaison between Board, residents and committees.
• Assist with hiring, training and performance management of onsite staff.
• Review monthly financials and assist with budget administration.
• Coordinate vendor management and procurement per procedures.
• Prepare Board packages and communicate policy directives.
• Maintain records and support architectural review and compliance.
