Job summary

Associa is seeking an on-site General Manager I in Austin, Texas. You will supervise administrative staff and assist the lead General Manager with oversight of departments including Food & Beverage, Facilities Maintenance, and Landscaping, while serving as the liaison to residents and board members.

You will also support policy implementation, strategic initiatives, hiring, training, budgeting, and vendor management under the guidance of senior management and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and administration of the Association per the management agreement.
• Acts as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
• Review monthly financials and submit summaries to the Board.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and cost management.
