Job summary

Associa in Cypress, Texas is seeking an on-site General Manager to lead the Community Association’s operations. You will supervise administrative staff, coordinate with the Board, and oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and daily facilities management.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to implement policy, monitor performance, and ensure resident satisfaction across all departments including F&B, maintenance, landscaping, and lifestyle programs.

Qualifications

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement.
• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Review monthly financials and submit summaries to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee accounts payable and resale processes in line with Associa procedures.
• Assist with hiring, training, supervision, and performance management of onsite staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend Board meetings and prepare Board packages within established timeframes.
• Assist with annual budget development and monitoring of operating costs.
• Coordinate and supervise administrative staff and onsite operations.
• Monitor contractual obligations with vendors and ensure service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Associa policies and procedures and board directives.
