Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at the property, under supervision of the Community Manager. You will focus on rent collection, delinquency management, leasing support, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

This onsite role requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, budgets, and reporting responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housing or property management is preferred.
• Ability to supervise onsite staff and coordinate leasing activities.
• Familiarity with fair housing guidelines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency and close-out procedures.
• Supervise staff, leasing activities, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
