Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is hiring a Community Manager for Monmouth Manor Apartments in Monmouth, IL. You will supervise site staff, ensure tenant satisfaction, and strive for top occupancy while maintaining property standards.

The role requires directing rental programs, conducting resident income recertifications, and coordinating with regional leadership. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for site errands and meetings.

Qualifications

• Responsible for assuring tenants receive prompt, efficient, courteous service.
• Achieving and maintaining as close to 100% occupancy as possible.
• Recertification of residents' income when applicable.
• Direct and ensure proper execution of rental programs.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection and record keeping, including bank visits.
• Inspect properties and report deferred maintenance and condition.
• Lead maintenance staff and assign priorities.
• Develop site procedures with Regional Manager approval.
• Interview potential residents and determine eligibility.
• Communicate with Regional Manager on evictions and lease issues.
• Prepare reports on property condition and maintenance operations.
• Maintain files for maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
• Develop and implement resident activities and events.
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars.
• Provide clear written and oral English communication; drive to property as needed.
