Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish leasing benchmarks and a strategic marketing plan to hit occupancy goals.
• Plan grand opening events and establish local partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Lead onsite maintenance, leasing, and office staff.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate property files and lease data in management software.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and risk management.
