Hometown America is seeking a Community Manager for Carriage Mobile Estates in Orange, CA. You will develop relationships with residents, stay accessible to customers, and oversee daily operations such as rent collection, budgeting, and capital improvements.

The role requires prior residential property management experience, strong customer service, and supervisory skills. Housing is provided and the position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Prior residential property management experience.
• Strong customer service focus with community guideline enforcement.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leasing or sales success.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, project and time management skills.
• The ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays for emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Develop positive relationships with residents to foster a strong community.
• Be visible and accessible to residents and customers.
• Tour the property regularly and address homeowner and renter concerns promptly.
• Manage day-to-day operations: rent collection, budgets, screenings, and capital projects.
• Represent the property with local agencies and authorities as needed.
• Sell and lease homes, oversee refurbishment and new construction projects.
• Supervise staff: interview, hire, onboard, train, and manage performance.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure proper insurance documentation and coding.
• Plan and support resident events and communications with residents.
