Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking a Manufactured Home Community Manager to lead daily operations of our resident communities and ensure profitability and compliance.

The role covers rental management, staff supervision, budgeting, safety, and resident relations, with a schedule Monday–Friday and housing support.

Qualifications include high school or GED, 2+ years on-site management, and willingness to obtain CPO and possibly a Manufactured Home Sales license.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day operations of the community, including rent collection and lease management.
• Coordinates maintenance and landscaping while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Hires, trains, and supervises on-site staff to meet company goals.
• Ensures office opens on schedule and maintains curb appeal.
• Provides leadership and accountability to the on-site team.
• Produces monthly safety checklists and safety meetings.
• Implements strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Attends weekly team meetings and training seminars.
• Conducts 4-sided home inspections and biannual reviews.
• Coordinates with maintenance for repairs and upgrades.
• Enforces architectural guidelines and community standards.
• Screens residency applications and monitors financial performance.
• Manages evictions and utility cut-offs as needed.
• Produces daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate records.
• Uses Yardi for invoicing and vendor insurance tracking.
• Monitors payroll in ADP.
• Supports sales activities and community events.
