You will supervise on-site staff, manage rent collection, coordinate maintenance and safety, and partner with regional leadership to implement company policies.

This role requires a valid driver's license and experience in residential multi-family or manufactured home communities.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of on-site property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Residential multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Experience with manufactured home communities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Must obtain CPO certification (company sponsored).
• May need to obtain Manufactured Home Sales license (company-sponsored).

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day community operations including rent collection and lease management.
• Coordinate maintenance, landscaping, and safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site team; enforce training.
• Maximize occupancy, reduce delinquencies, and drive revenue.
• Prepare reports and use Yardi for invoicing and vendor management.
• Foster resident relations and organize community events.
• Ensure adherence to laws and housing regulations.
• Conduct home inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
