Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community (financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance).
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budgets, income/expenses, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests and ensure timely responses.
• Supervise and mentor property staff and drive service excellence.
