Job summary

Asset Living in Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management, with a focus on delinquency control and rent collection to optimize cash flow.

This onsite position requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), strong customer service, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately from applicants, current residents, and non-current residents.
• Process and reconcile daily all accounts receivable.
• Post charges to resident accounts and bill back utilities where applicable.
• End-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance.
