RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite Community Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at Talega Maintenance Corporation in San Clemente, CA. The role includes supervising facilities, common areas, parks and streetscape, and ensuring high levels of service to Talega Members and residents.

The position requires hands-on experience in maintenance trades, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage safety, contracts, and reports for the Board.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field or property management.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance programs and services to meet community goals.
• Maintain high standards for appearance, functionality and overall quality of the community.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors and vendors ensuring quality and compliance.
