Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite Community Maintenance Coordinator for Talega in San Clemente, CA. The role supports facilities management and ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly within the Talega community.

The candidate will oversee maintenance of facilities and common areas, coordinate with contractors, manage work orders, and maintain safety and service standards for residents and boards. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field or property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support Talega Maintenance Corporation’s goals and objectives by assisting with effective management and operation of the community’s maintenance programs and services.
• Promote and support the Talega community vision by maintaining high standards for appearance, functionality, and quality.
• Provide recreational and administrative support as needed to assist with community operations, events, and member services.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors and vendors ensuring quality performance and contract compliance.
• Create detailed reports, cost analyses and department metrics for Management and Board review.
