Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. seeks a dedicated Community Life Services Coordinator for the Creighton Renaissance site in Richmond, VA. You will advance housing stabilization, coordinate partnerships, and manage on-site programming that connects families to education, economic mobility, and health resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work, human services, mental health, or related field
• Ability to build partnerships with community-based organizations
• Experience collecting and analyzing program data and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Community Life Success Plan and annual CSP aligned with CL goals
• Supervise interns and volunteers, ensuring accountability for programming
• Coordinate housing stabilization efforts with referrals to local partners and on-site programming
• Engage households to advance education, workforce development, and health opportunities
• Manage programming design, partnerships, implementation and progress assessment
• Attend local meetings with stakeholders focusing on youth development, education, and safety
• Document records and manage contracts/MOAs with providers for on-site programming
