Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Community Ambassador to foster resident engagement and support leasing and programming on-site in Honolulu. You will help build a vibrant living environment and act as a liaison between residents and management.

Ideal candidates are student-enrolled, with strong communication, organization, and customer-service mindset, and willing to work evenings and weekends as part of a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Must be able to live on-site in assigned staff housing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social and developmental programs to enhance the resident experience.
• Build relationships with residents through one-on-one interactions and community involvement.
• Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environment.
• Assist with leasing efforts including tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
• Cover scheduled office shifts, including evenings and weekends; support daily operations.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and respond to resident concerns.
