Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Community Ambassador to foster a vibrant campus living community. You will engage residents, assist with leasing activities, and support marketing efforts while working onsite at Aspire Tucson Apartments.

Requirements include high school education and a student enrollment with GPA and credit hour commitments. The role includes day shifts, evenings and weekends, and on-site housing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute resident engagement programs to enhance the resident experience.
• Assist with leasing efforts including tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
• Provide office and operational support, including daily customer service tasks.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and respond to resident concerns.
• Represent the brand and promote a positive image within the community.
