Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador at Stadium Row, Bloomington, IN. You will serve as a liaison between residents and the management team, focusing on resident engagement, leasing support, and community programming to create a vibrant living environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a customer-service mindset. You must be enrolled as a student, live on-site, and be available for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student with min 12 undergraduate credits (or 6 graduate hours) and a 2.5 GPA.
• Able to live on-site in staff housing and start before the academic year.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social and developmental programs to enhance the resident experience.
• Build relationships with residents and support leasing efforts including tours and events.
• Cover office shifts, assist with move-in/move-out and daily administrative tasks.
• Respond to on-call responsibilities, emergencies, and resident concerns.
