Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under supervision of the Community Manager. The role focuses on delinquency management, rent collection, budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and compliance with fair housing guidelines.

Onsite leadership will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, and deliver reliable customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under Community Manager supervision.
• Post and reconcile payments and income; manage accounts receivable and late notices.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies; supervise onsite staff.

Education
