Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a residential community under the Regional Manager. You will lead staff across leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines while maintaining an outstanding resident experience.

You will manage budgets, marketing plans, rent collection, and vendor relations, driving occupancy and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff performance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Lead marketing plans and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvements.
• Provide exceptional resident relations and service.
