Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale master-planned communities or high-end residential operations with HOA.
• Strong expertise in community association management and operational breadth to oversee amenities.
• Experience managing budgets, staff performance, and vendor contracts.
• Outstanding communication skills with a history of partnering with executive stakeholders or developers.
• Credentials such as PCAM, CMCA, AMS are preferred.

• Provide comprehensive executive leadership across all community association operations.
• Direct and mentor department leaders, including the Assistant Community Manager, ensuring high standards and service excellence.
• Oversee financial performance, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and foundation association financials.
• Collaborate with developers and leadership to establish operational structures, execute long-term strategic plans, and bring new luxury amenities online.
• Drive high-touch resident engagement, maintaining hospitality standards across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with community developers and leadership to establish operational structures, execute long-term strategic plans, and bring new luxury amenities online.
• Drive high-touch resident engagement, maintaining a high standard of hospitality and service delivery across all community touchpoints.

Position Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of leadership in large-scale master-planned communities or high-end residential operations with HOA.
• Strong expertise in community association management, with the operational breadth to also oversee extensive amenities.
• Proven experience managing operational budgets, staff performance, and vendor contracts.
• Outstanding communication skills with a track record of successfully partnering with executive stakeholders or property developers.
• Relevant industry credentials (e.g., PCAM, CMCA, AMS) are preferred.
• Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually (commensurate with experience, with flexibility for exceptional backgrounds).
