Qualifications

• Experience in property management accounting and bookkeeping.

• Strong attention to detail and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts transactions, and processes deposits.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and maintains accurate ledgers.
• Reviews resident accounts for outstanding balances and communicates with residents.
• Reviews and approves vendor invoices and coordinates payments.
• Supports evictions procedures and move-outs following policy.
• Assists in coordinating on-site operations with the community team.
