Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support our on-site team and residents. You will manage rent collections, maintain resident records, and assist with reporting and daily property operations.

You will lease and market the community, coordinate with residents, investors, and vendors, and help implement safety and risk-management programs as part of a dynamic property management team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Yardi software experience is preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Able to work set and variable schedules, including weekends and emergencies as required.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and delinquency management.
• Maintain resident records and reporting systems.
• Assist the Community Director and support leasing activities.
• Lease and market the community to prospective residents.
• Communicate with residents, customers, investors, vendors, and team members.
• Participate in risk management and safety programs.
