Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director in Nebraska who will support our mission by engaging residents with thoughtful communications, managing rent collections, keeping accurate resident records, and reporting financial data to the Community Director.

You will handle leasing, market the community, and maintain positive resident relations while adhering to safety programs and company policies. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and collaboration with the CWS team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Yardi software experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years of on-site management operations knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required.
• Able to work weekends and emergencies as required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and resident records.
• Lease the community and market the property.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Participate in risk management and safety programs.
