CWS Apartment Homes in Glendale, CA is seeking an Assistant Community Director who will support our mission through effective communications with residents, take ownership of rent collections, maintain resident records, manage delinquencies, and report the property's financial data.

You will maintain accounts receivable, assist the Community Director, lease and market the community, build positive resident relations, and coordinate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and the CWS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.
• Able to work a set/variable schedule including weekends and emergencies.
• Able to follow company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
• Willing to work at locations other than the home property.
• Able to travel within major metro areas and attend company functions in other cities.
