Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support our team. You will manage rent collections, keep resident records, and report financial data while upholding safety and service standards across the property.

You will assist the Community Director, lease the community, market the property, and communicate with residents, investors, vendors, and leadership. This role requires on-site presence with potential weekend shifts and travel to other properties.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site property management operations knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and rent collections.
• Maintain resident records, reporting, and management system.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Maintain positive resident relations and service standards.
• Lease the community and execute renewals.
• Market the community to attract residents.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
