Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a General Manager for Skyline Mountain Resort in Fairview, UT. You will partner with the Board to manage daily operations, budgets, and vendor relations, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to governing documents.

You will lead multiple departments, supervise staff, and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining strong community relationships and meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community association management with increasing responsibility.
• 2+ years onsite community management preferred.
• Knowledge of governing documents, CC&Rs, budgets and finances.
• Strong leadership and public speaking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee year-round and seasonal cabin and RV park operations.
• Lead Administrative and Lifestyle Departments and develop staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor fiscal performance.
• Coordinate with Board, homeowners and vendors to fulfill contracts.
• Ensure compliance with management contracts and governing documents.
• Attend association meetings and prepare meeting materials.
