Job summary

The Management Trust is hiring a General Manager for Skyline Mountain Resort in Fairview, Utah. This exempt, full-time role partners with the HOA Board to oversee daily operations, budget planning, and overall community management.

Applicants should have 5+ years in HOA management (2 onsite), strong leadership and public speaking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license required; travel to offsite locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community association management, with at least 2 onsite.
• Knowledge of management contracts, CC&Rs, and governing documents.
• Strong leadership abilities and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a year-round and seasonal cabin and RV park.
• Lead Administrative and Lifestyle Departments, developing staff and teamwork.
• Prepare annual budget estimates for Board action and approval.
• Oversee financial statements, vendor bids, and contracting while ensuring accuracy.
• Assist Board, committees and homeowners with problem resolution.
• Attend association meetings and prepare meeting guides, packets and calendars.
• Communicate with Board, homeowners and vendors on community business.
• Maintain knowledge of governing documents and applicable statutes.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and insurers on association matters.
• Travel to offsite locations as needed.
