Qualifications

• Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager.
• Experience with associations or related fields (hospitality, apartments, real estate) preferred.
• Strong customer service, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize time effectively in a dynamic work environment and balance multiple projects.
• Supervise a team of associates and motivate staff to complete projects.
• Foster professional relationships with residents, Board, attorneys, and vendors.
• Review financial reports and participate in budget development for communities.
