Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist for The Landing CoMo, a garden-style student housing community in Columbia, Missouri. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional resident experience, supporting the leasing team, and enhancing the property’s reputation.

This full-time, in-office position runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours for urgent needs. Compensation ranges from $20.19 to $22.12 per hour, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Prior experience in student housing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members; prioritizing others and supporting renewal campaigns.
• Oversee and execute renewal campaigns in partnership with leasing/marketing manager.
• Build and maintain a strong property reputation by managing online reviews and responding to resident feedback.
• Assist with annual unit turnover and move-in/move-out procedures and support leasing activities.
