Responsibilities

• Build relationships with participants and trainers to monitor program sentiment and prepare individuals for speaking engagements.
• Draft and edit internal and external communications including presentations and memos; pitch stories and prep for media interviews.
• Create content for social channels and track engagement, outcomes, and reach.
• Manage media databases and track coverage to support PR activities.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for guests and leadership, coordinate tours and schedules, and troubleshoot needs.
