Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to trainers and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate team's daily activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, and other business metrics.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process for assigned clients or regions.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, licensing, real estate law, and guidelines.
• Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team.
• Share best practices with regional teams and departments.
• Assist with development of training programs and system trainings.
• Facilitate communication of policies to create regional consistency.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues in systems and processes.
