Responsibilities

• Support the oversight of subcontractors and construction workers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Help organize site logistics to optimize workflows and minimize schedule disruptions.
• Coordinate delivery, staging, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Serve as a communication liaison between supervisors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Assist in identifying and resolving on-site issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Support safety protocol enforcement to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Assist in ensuring site activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor progress against milestones and report deviations to site leadership.
• Maintain daily logs of activities, progress, safety incidents, and deliveries.

Education
