World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking an on-site project support professional to assist the Project Manager with design, bid, and scheduling across project phases. The role includes status reporting, sub-contract administration, and facilitating on-site meetings.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project construction, reads blueprints, and can coordinate with stakeholders to ensure schedule and cost controls are maintained.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in project construction.
• Strong scheduling, bid, and design development skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and produce project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist top Project Manager on site with design, bid, and project phase scheduling.
• Provide update/status reporting including costs and schedules.
• Administer project sub-contracts and oversee government approvals.
• Facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Perform QA/QC and review change orders for conformance to standards.
• Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before design team distribution.
