Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. seeks an Onsite Collections Representative in Augusta, GA to join our student loan servicing team. Workdays are Monday–Friday with specific shifts and a startup training period, offering a starting wage of $16+ per hour based on collections experience.

You'll call consumers to secure payments, comply with FDCPA and state/federal laws, and provide strong customer service in a busy office environment. We provide paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

This is a fulltime position in our student loan servicing department. Looking for candidates with great customer service skills that would like to work in an office environment.

• Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Augusta, GA office
• Compensation: $16+ based on collections experience
• Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Production Schedule: Monday - Friday 4 days 8am-5pm and 1 day 10am-7pm

• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
