Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to work from home. After you apply, you will complete Harver assessments as part of the screening process.

Company-issued equipment is provided for remote employees, with details shared during interview and onboarding. This role offers $18–$22 per hour based on experience, plus paid training and a comprehensive benefits package. You will call consumers to secure payments on past-due student loan accounts and ensure compliance

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique…you’ll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
