Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking an Onsite Collections Representative to join our team. The role involves calling consumers to secure payments on past-due accounts, with training provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will work a training period of 2 weeks, followed by nesting, with schedules that start 8am-5pm for four days and 10am-7pm one day per week; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations.

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Compensation: $16-$22/hour based on experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week
