CarShield is seeking a Collections Representative to join its growing Payment Processing and Collections team at our St. Peters headquarters. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers, helping bring past-due accounts current and documenting payment activity accurately.

The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, professional communication, and collaboration with the team to meet performance goals. On-site work at our St. Peters location is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of call center experience; collections experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Basic computer and typing skills; Missouri license required with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers regarding past-due accounts.
• Collect payments and help bring accounts current.
• Document customer interactions and payment activity in applicable systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
