What You’ll Do

• Contact and assist customers with past-due accounts
• Negotiate payment solutions in compliance with FDCPA and collection laws
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Meet performance goals in a supportive, team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

Training & Schedule

5 weeks of paid training (Hybrid) – In-office Tue–Thu

• Mon–Thu: 11 AM–8 PM or 12 PM–9 PM MST
• Fri: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM MST
• Sat (rotation):
